Exit Poll: BJP To Likely form Government in Delhi

After the voting for Delhi Assembly elections ended, the survey agencies released the exit poll reports. Most exit polls have predicted the formation of a BJP government. Exit polls have predicted the defeat of Arvind Kejriwal’s AAP government. However, some exit polls have also predicted the possibility of AAP returning to power.
Out of the 10 exit polls for Delhi elections, 8 have predicted BJP’s victory. Only two have predicted AAP to retain power. In the People’s Pulse exit poll, BJP is likely to get 51-60 seats, AAP 10-19 seats and Congress zero seats.
Thanks If a poll of polls is done on the basis of these 10 exit polls, then according to it, on an average BJP may get 39 seats, AAP 30 seats and Congress 1 seat.

Vpriside has predicted the exit poll exactly opposite to People’s Pulse and said that the AAP government will remain in power. According to Vpriside, BJP may get 18-23 seats in the Delhi assembly elections, while AAP may get 46-52 seats. Congress is expected to get 0-1 seat

JVC, Chanakya Strategies and P-Mark have predicted that BJP will win at least 39 seats, while DV Research believes it will touch the magic figure. Except Poll Diary (50) and People’s Pulse (60), each has given BJP a maximum of more than 40 seats.
The Republic TV-Matterize survey has predicted BJP to win 35-40 seats. Apart from these, AAP may get 32-37 seats and Congress may get 0-1 seat. The exit poll also gives a projection of vote percentage. According to the report, BJP may get 46 percent votes, AAP 44 percent, Congress 2 percent, Congress 2 percent and others 8 percent.

What do the previous election results say?
Let us tell you that AAP had won a big victory in the Delhi Assembly elections 2020. In that election, Kejriwal’s party got 62 out of 70 seats. BJP was reduced to 8 seats. Like the last election, Congress remained at zero. However, AAP lost five seats in this election. AAP got 53.57 percent votes, BJP 38.51 percent and Congress 4.26 percent. Congress’s vote percentage decreased significantly compared to 2015.
Earlier in the Delhi Assembly elections 2015, AAP had won a record 67 seats. Then BJP was able to win only 3 seats. In the 2015 elections, the condition of Congress was bad and it could not win a single seat. In this election, AAP got 54.3 percent, BJP 32.2 percent and Congress 9.7 percent votes.
Before that, Aam Aadmi Party contested the assembly elections for the first time in 2013. It had won 28 seats then. In that election, BJP emerged as the largest party and got 31 seats. Congress was out of power after winning 8 seats. However, Congress supported AAP to prevent BJP from coming to power. Arvind Kejriwal’s government ran for some time with the support of Congress.
