Since the arrest of Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi, the question is arising that how will the Delhi government be run now? The question is arising whether President’s rule will be imposed in Delhi?

According to the information revealed, Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has written a letter to the Union Home Ministry complaining about the Delhi government. He has informed the Home Ministry about the latest situation in Delhi.

Sources say that after this letter from the Lieutenant Governor, the problems of the Aam Aadmi Party have increased. After his letter, speculations about imposition of President’s rule in Delhi in the near future have intensified.

On Monday, an Aam Aadmi Party MLA in the Delhi Assembly also claimed that the BJP is spreading rumors of imposition of President’s rule in Delhi to scare AAP.

Delhi Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena has said in his letter to the Union Home Secretary that Delhi government ministers are refusing to hold a meeting with him (Lieutenant Governor). He has complained that Delhi government ministers are ignoring issues of public importance instead of discussing them.

It has been said in this letter that the Lieutenant Governor had decided to call a meeting of key ministers of the Delhi government in view of the arrest of Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and the subsequent developments. The Lieutenant Governor had talked about holding meetings with the ministers on March 29 and April 2, but the ministers had refused to attend the meeting.

This letter states that the concerned ministers were informed by the LG to participate in these meetings. But all those ministers sent emails saying that they could not participate in it due to the Model Code of Conduct being in force.

The Principal Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor has said in this letter that the Lieutenant Governor believes that such a meeting is necessary after the arrest of CM Kejriwal so that there is no hindrance in the regular functioning of the government due to the arrest of the CM.

Political analysts believe that at present there is no possibility of imposing President’s rule in Delhi. Although anything can happen in the future. He believes that due to imposition of President’s rule, instead of benefiting from the upcoming assembly elections, BJP may suffer loss. In such a situation, BJP wants to keep every step in full swing.

In such a situation, talk about the possibility of imposing President’s rule in Delhi is just speculation. At the same time, many AAP leaders are alleging that BJP is playing a role in imposing President’s rule in Delhi.

She can impose President’s rule on the grounds that the government is not running smoothly in Delhi after the CM went to jail.

However, there is no legal clarity on whether a CM can run the government from jail or not. In such a situation, it will become clear in the coming few days what turn Delhi’s politics will take.

Delhi LG VK Saxena had said on March 27 that CM Arvind Kejriwal cannot run the government from jail. Speaking at the Times Now Summit, LG VK Saxena had said in response to a question that I assure the people of Delhi that the government will not run from jail.

His statement came at a time when Arvind Kejriwal and Aam Aadmi Party had said that even after being arrested, Kejriwal would remain the CM. AAP is saying that Kejriwal will run the government from jail itself.

Recently, two government orders of Arvind Kejriwal related to Water and Health Department have also come to light, about which Aam Aadmi Party says that Arvind Kejriwal has issued the order from jail. BJP had termed these orders as fake.

Legal experts also say that Kejriwal will not be allowed to sign any file while in ED custody. In such a situation, the question is arising whether Kejriwal will run the government from jail itself and will he be able to run the government from jail?

Since this statement of Delhi LG, it was being interpreted that controversy may increase in the case of Kejriwal running the government from jail.

Many political analysts are fearing that if Kejriwal does not resign, the Delhi government may be dismissed. If this happens then the conflict between Aam Aadmi Party and BJP may increase further.

Only last month, BJP workers had taken to the streets in Delhi demanding the resignation of CM Arvind Kejriwal. BJP workers had staged a fierce protest regarding this in Delhi.

Till date, it has never happened in the country that a CM runs the government from jail. Recently, when ED arrested Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren, he immediately went to Raj Bhavan and resigned.

At the same time, Aam Aadmi Party and Arvind Kejriwal are saying that it is not written in any law that a CM cannot run the government from jail. Therefore, he will not resign and will run the Delhi government from jail itself.

At the same time, legal experts say that there are practical problems in running the government from jail. If the LG wanted, perhaps this government could have been run, but without getting the consent of the LG, it would not be possible for Kejriwal to run the Delhi government from jail.
