Israel kills several security personnel in Tehran, attacks Fordu again
Israel has carried out attacks at several places in Iran’s capital Tehran. Security personnel and buildings have been targeted in these attacks. Many members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) were killed inside the buildings targeted on Monday. Defense Minister Israel Katz said that during the attacks, Israel targeted various places in Tehran, including the Basij headquarters and Evin prison. The IDF said that the Alburj Corps, responsible for the security of several cities in the Tehran district, was also attacked.
Confirming the attack, the IDF said that various parts of Iran’s military forces, as well as the assets of the internal security forces and the IRGC, were targeted. Israel has taken this action after Iran’s missile attacks.
Attack on Fordu and Alburj Corps in Iran
The IDF said that the Alburj Corps, which is responsible for the security of several cities in the Tehran district, was also attacked. Israel again attacked the Fordu nuclear plant. The IDF later confirmed that the entry points of the Fordu nuclear plant were targeted in the Israeli attack on Monday. Fordu is the same nuclear plant, which is considered very important. Which the US claimed to have destroyed by attacking with B2 planes. Trump had named it in his statement.
Attack on 6 airports in Iran
Israel attacked six Iranian airports. On Monday morning, the IDF attacked six airports in western, eastern and central Iran. The army said the attacks damaged runways, underground bunkers, a refueling facility and fighter jets, including F-14s, F-5s and AH-1s, belonging to the Iranian regime. The IDF also said the planes attacked were destined to be used against Israel.
In addition, more than 15 Israeli Air Force fighter jets targeted launch and storage sites of surface-to-surface missiles in the Kermanshah region in western Iran. The IDF had warned on Monday morning that it would attack military infrastructure sites in the Kermanshah region of western Iran.
