After the announcement of Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav, the gates of Jai Prakash Narayan International Center (JPNIC) were barricaded late on Thursday. Because Akhilesh will go there on Friday to pay tribute to the party’s ideologue Jai Prakash Narayan on his birth anniversary. However, barricading has been done outside his house as well. So that he cannot go anywhere. Watch the video above.

Today is the birth anniversary of Jai Prakash Narayan. Akhilesh Yadav built JPNIC in Lucknow while being the Chief Minister

Today Akhilesh Yadav was to garland the statue of Jai Prakash Narayan in this building

Before this, the UP government covered the door of JPNIC with a tin shed

Now Akhilesh reached there at night itself

Akhilesh Yadav, who reached JPNIC late Thursday night, said, “The government wants to hide something by putting up tin sheets… Why do they want to stop us from paying tribute to a great personality? This is not happening for the first time… Every year SP people used to gather here and pay tribute. Is the government planning to sell JPNIC? If they are unable to run it, it would be better if they sell it. They cannot stop any ideology by putting up tin sheets. I will see in the morning what to do.”

This is the ostentatious Amritkaal of freedom under BJP rule

The wall was raised so that the public could not pay tribute

The road that BJP has closed is a symbol of their closed thinking.

Last year, after a scuffle with security personnel and police officials, Yadav had jumped over the gate after he was not allowed to garland the statue of JP Narayan on his birth anniversary. The SP chief had to jump over the gate as LDA officials had locked the gate before his arrival.

“Preventing someone from paying tribute is not a mark of civilised people,” Yadav tweeted on Thursday along with a picture of the barricading of the JPNIC gate. The party said in a release that the SP chief had sought permission from the district administration to pay tribute to the party ideologue at JPNIC but has not received any response in this regard yet.

SP spokesperson Amike Jamei said, “Akhilesh Yadav and SP workers will pay tribute to Jai Prakash Narayan ji at all costs. The government does not want people to see how the state government has ruined India’s largest cultural centre. A jungle has grown inside JPNIC, a building is falling into ruin. The government is neither using the building nor taking care of it.”
